Job Title: Logistics Manager E-commerce Location: Newtown Kolkata, West Bengal Experience Required: 5–9 Years Department: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Purpose: To manage and optimize logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between warehouses, courier partners, and customer deliveries for an e-commerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily dispatch operations and track first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile movement of shipments. Coordinate with 3PL partners (like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, etc.) to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Monitor and resolve order exceptions, delays, and customer escalations related to logistics. Ensure accurate documentation for shipments: invoices, e-way bills, packing slips, etc. Manage and monitor warehouse inventory, stock movement, and returns (RTOs). Analyze logistics KPIs like TAT (Turnaround Time), delivery performance, cost per shipment, etc. Handle reverse logistics: return pickups, quality checks, and restocking processes. Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth order lifecycle. Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and enhance delivery experience. Ensure compliance with local transport, tax, and safety regulations. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong experience of e-commerce logistics workflows . Strong experience of 5-9 years in Logistics Management in ecommerce background. Hands-on experience with logistics dashboards, order management systems (OMS), WMS, and Excel. Familiar with service-level agreements (SLAs), shipment tracking, RTO/NDR handling , and courier performance. Excellent coordination, negotiation, and vendor management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to identify delivery gaps and resolve issues quickly. Strong communication and team management abilities. Educational Qualifications: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Operations or SCM (preferred). Reporting To: IT Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days Job Purpose: To provide first-level support and process optimization for the Sales & Distribution (SD) module of SAP , ensuring seamless sales operations, order processing, and integration with other functions such as production, inventory, and finance within a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for SAP SD module-related issues raised by sales, dispatch, and customer service teams. Support day-to-day SAP SD transactions such as sales order creation, delivery, billing, credit management, pricing, and returns . Train and support end users in SAP SD functionalities and business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in order-to-cash (OTC) cycle in coordination with the IT/SAP functional team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, FI) for smooth process integration. Participate in system enhancements, testing, and rollouts for SAP SD-related changes. Document user manuals, SOPs, training materials, and FAQs. Assist in master data management: customer master, pricing master, material master (related to sales). Monitor and report on key performance metrics (sales order cycle time, delivery performance, etc.). Escalate complex issues to the SAP functional/technical team and follow up until resolution. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of SAP SD module and OTC process. Working knowledge of manufacturing sales processes and logistics. Familiarity with pricing, rebates, output determination, and credit control in SAP. Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability. Good communication skills and ability to train end users. Proficient in MS Excel and report generation. Educational & Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Science / IT or related field. SAP SD certification (preferred but not mandatory). 2 - 5 years of experience in SAP SD support or as a Super User in an IT / Manufacturing /Retail or Distribution company. Experience in FMCG, chemicals, feed, pharma, or engineering sectors is a plus.
