The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Product development(ecommerce) with hands on experience in both frontend and backend development and a solid foundation in JavaScript, PHP, OOPs, MVC, MySQL, JQuery, Laravel, Wordpress, Opencart, CodeIgniter, Node JS, Git, JIRA, SublimeText3 and version control using GitHub.

This is a strategic and technical leadership role that requires a balance of hands-on development, team management, and product development & management, IT Strategy vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of a scalable logistics ecommerce platform including frontend, backend, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and development timelines.
• Architect, design, and implement robust and secure web applications using JavaScript and PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Node.js).
• Develop scalable, high-quality software using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, SCSS,jQuery and Redux for responsive applications.
• Oversee the development lifecyclefrom concept to releaseincluding code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous integration.
• Manage GitHub repositories, enforce best practices in version control and branching strategies.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure stability. Guide team members, resolve technical challenges, and foster collaboration.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, setting best practices in agile development and code quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest tools and practices that enhance development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including frameworks like React.js, Vue.js) and PHP (Laravel or similar).
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, modern JS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
• Proven experience with GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Hands-on experience in developing logistics apps or ecommerce platforms is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in eCommerce Product development & delivery management.
• Team Management experience in product development & delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• B.Tech /B.Sc(I.T) / M.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute.
• Must have worked in an ecommerce organisation or have worked for ecommerce client.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with mobile app integration (Flutter, React Native, or native SDKs).
• Exposure to database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of security compliance and data protection standards in ecommerce logistics.
