Job Description

Candidate Profile :

1) Education

Candidate should have Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or relevant fields.

2) Experience:

10-12 years of relevant work experience in Cattle Feed Sales

Presently should be working as Regional Manager or State Head or Senior Manager Role for Cattle Feed Sales in U.P.

3) Knowledge & Skills

Ambitious professional with exceptional communication skills, assertive and analytical mindset.
Passionate and energetic leader with team handling exposure.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience of 8-10 years in Cattle feed Sales in Feed Industry.
Strong Commercial Acumen, Communication and Assertive to drive and grow business.

4) Job Roles & responsibilities

Prepare strategic plans, encompassing sales, marketing and pricing activities, to maximise opportunities and value for both parties.
Responsible for cattle business (P&L) in U.P .
Strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans and customer-service standards.
Resolving problems, identifying market trends, competitors share in market, strategy, determining system improvement, implementing change.
Should Maintain & Develop Relationship with Dealers.
Drives practices to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.
Provide guidance and support as needed to business leads and expansion.
Optimize Quality of Service.
Business growth and customer satisfaction.
Maintain the balance of sales and collection.
Implement product positioning & brand management strategies.
Budget Management to achieve targets, in line with pre- set corporate objective by analysing business trends.
Sales, Marketing & Operation management- coordinating with cross functional team.
