Job location: Newtown,Kolkata

Working days: 6 days a week(rotational off)

Time: Shift 1:9.00 a.m to 5.30 p.m & Shift 2: 10.00 a.m to 2 p.m & 6.00 p.m tp 10.00 p.m


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Receive inbound calls and handle queries of customers & Clients.
  • Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
  • Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments, if required.

Key Skills:


  • Good communication skills in [ e.g., Bengali, Hindi].
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Polite and confident telephone manner.
  • Proactive.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum Graduate.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/ telesales is mandatory.
  • Preferred Male candidates.
