Oracle Financial Functional Consultant

• Functional professional with 3+ ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and at least 2 full cycle implementations.
• Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle R12 projects
• Candidate should have experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Functional - GL, AP, i-expense, SLA, AR, FA, CM, EB Tax and GST (India Localization)
• Oracle ERP Cloud experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Cash Management & I-Expenses modules.
• Candidate should have rich experience on business requirement gathering and documentation, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs,
  conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
• Ability to do Application Configuration, Smoke Testing or Regression Testing.
• Functional experience to integrate the Business application with Supply chain management
• Involve in implementation and support activities in analyzing and understanding the scope of business and its process.
• Experience on multilingual environment will be helpful
• Should be good team player with strong interpersonal communication and Time Management skills.
• Ability to support training and create training materials and support the testing cycles
• Experience in month end process and closing activities
• Issue Resolution, Taking part in transition/Knowledge Transfer
• Gather requirements and implement new features and functions
• Good communication and business skills/experience, in the distribution and manufacturing area.
• Understanding the business process and create functional specifications
• Ability to assist with validation cycles with users, support creation of scenarios, and create documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Consultant.
• Extensive implementation experience with EBS R12 Financials.
• Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations (e. g., IFRS, GAAP).
