Responsible for end-to-end management of all service partners in the branch including partner identification, on-boarding, start-up support, capability building and evaluation
Responsibilities
- Support the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development in the formulation of annual manpower plan for PDAs & DAs; Work closely with the Branch Heads and Regional Operations Heads to identify PDA/DA requirements in the Branch and forward the same to the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development
- Identify potential service partners in the Branch and forward the same to Head - Service & Channel Partner Development
- Support the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development in the empanelment of new service partners in the Branch
- Conduct the induction program for all service partner staff in the Branch
- Conduct all relevant operations trainings for all service partner staff in the Branch
- Responsible for efficient functioning of all service partners in the Branch
- Conduct regular audits of service partners in the Branch in terms of adherence to statutory requirements, service level agreements etc; Highlight any deviations to the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development and take corrective actions, if any
- Monitor service partner staff performance on a regular basis

Roles and Responsibility :
- Ensuring on time requisition , lineups and recruitment by coordinating with respective agencies .
- Ensuring on time Onboarding after PEV , PCC .
- Coordination on employee code , DHL code creation .
- Ensuring on time fuel inputs and payment as per the cycle .
- Ensuring on time attendance inputs and salary and closing of all disputes .
- Coordination with agencies to resolve any disputes in terms of termination , theft , salary hold , warning etc .
- Ensuring and monitoring online Attendance and Fuel usage.
- Ensuring staffs getting Uniform after joining.
- Uniform stitching payments , shoe payment , BYOD payment , incentive is reimbursed to staffs on time .
- Coordination with Ops Incharge , Ops Heads , HR team .
- MPC Productivity analysis .
- Clean up of Employee Master through HR .
- Ensuring correct Role Code mapping in coordination with HR.
- Resolving PF/ESIC issue , debit process.
- Regular meeting with Agencies for resolving issues and performance review .

- Monitoring Geo fencing and GPS tracking in Attendance and Fuel App .
