Operations Coordinator

Description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Leadership to manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks.
• Draft, review, and manage emails, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Assign and track tasks for team members, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Development teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Set up and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring technical setup and communication readiness.
• Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files efficiently.
• Coordinate and plan corporate events and meetings with attention to detail.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain discretion in handling sensitive information.
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in operations coordination, executive support, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  

Contract Details

• Contract Duration: 12 Months ( Extend based on requirement and performance).
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Working Hours: 2 PM to 11PM IST
