Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at Bintix Waste Research Pvt. Ltd. in Ghaziabad, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing daily waste collection operations, managing field teams, and ensuring the seamless functioning of digital operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily waste collection and logistics processes through our tech platform, coordinating with municipal bodies, vendors, and field staff, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance, leading initiatives related to safety, training, and process enhancements, as well as supporting the leadership team in business development efforts. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or sustainability.
