GDS Consulting Operations COE – Associate
Associate will support Consulting SL on operations COE activities which includes procurement, co-ordination with BCP, general operations, communication support, capacity management and client / leadership events.

We’re looking for Associates who have exposure to project management and stakeholder management activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ability to Raise the PR as requested by business with accurate details.
- Proactively track end to end procurement requests until payment and highlight the risks to Senior Associate in case any.
- Coordinate with business, BCP team and enablement functions to conduct successful BCP testing.
- Coordination with enablement functions for business activities such as campaigns, client visit, event and other facility management areas such as transport, parking etc
- Review & send the communication from the GDS Consulting mailbox.
- Ensure GID and GLMS list is updated on real time basis.
- Ability to build strong relationships with teams at different levels in the organization.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication across organizational hierarchy.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Strong communication skills
- Strong MS Office Skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Exposure to Sharepoint and creating content in Sharepoint, Lists would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to ensure that work is of a consistently high standard
- Ability to multi-task projects and assignments in order of priority
- Good Stake holder management
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 4 -6 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Excel in communication skills
- Ensure proper and efficient team communications.
- Excellent process documentation skills
- Support efforts maintain stakeholder relationships.
- One-time tasks, ad hoc reporting, etc
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Team player with willing and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills, internally and externally
- Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential problems before they arise
