The Operations Associate assist in various operational aspects to facilitate efficient project delivery and adherence to project management standards.

• Data Management: Assist in data entry, maintenance, and management of project management tools and systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of project-related data and documentation.
• Resource Management: Assist in resource staffing and allocation process. Track metrices like resource availability, billability and utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality management processes by ensuring adherence to project management standards and procedures. Participate in quality reviews, audits, and inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting Assistance: Support in preparing project performance reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide insights on project progress and status. Assist in analysing project data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2- 4 year hands on experience in a similar role.
• Should have fair knowledge on MS Office tools.
• Should be a graduate with very good communication skills and should be a multitasker.
• Should be flexible in terms of working hours.
