What You’ll Do – Your Day at Snooplay

As an Operations Associate – Dispatch, you’ll ensure that every order — whether it’s from our warehouse or a marketplace channel — is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 Overseeing in-house and marketplace order dispatch operations, from processing todelivery.

 Managing daily packaging and logistics workflows in the warehouse.

 Coordinating with logistics partners, tracking shipments, and handling delivery escalations.

 Ensuring timely pickups, returns processing, and accurate record-keeping.

 Coordinating with the dispatch/packaging team, ensuring productivity, quality, and on-time dispatches.

 Collaborating with inventory, finance, and marketing teams to streamline fulfilment processes.

 Optimizing operational workflows for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

 1–2 years of experience in operations/logistics/supply chain (E-commerce or D2C experience is a plus).

 Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, etc.).

 Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English.

 A proactive, dependable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

 A team player with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

 Bonus: Experience with shipping platforms, WMS tools, or order management dashboards.
