Job Title: Operations Associate – Dispatch Location: Noida | Full-time | On-site About Snooplay: Snooplay is India’s dedicated online marketplace for toys & games, catering to all age groups – from toddlers to grown-ups, and even individuals with special needs. What You’ll Do: As an Operations Associate – Dispatch, you’ll be the backbone of our order fulfilment and logistics operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end order dispatch operations – right from shipment processing to successful deliveries. Coordinating with logistics partners, managing dashboards, tracking deliveries, and resolving escalations. Leading and managing the packaging team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. Collaborating with marketing, finance, and inventory teams to align operations with business goals. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles (e-commerce or D2C experience is a bonus). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Strong command of English – both written and verbal. Self-starter attitude, ability to multitask, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Someone who thrives on responsibility and is always ready to take ownership.
