Working closely with operations team & social media team to solve customer queries & concerns. Assist customers with order placement, exchanges or refunds. Reaching out to customers for their order confirmation. Maintain relevant reports across refunds, disputes and other aspects of customer success. Who can apply: Highly motivated individual willing to work in a challenging early-age startup & is willing to wear multiple hats. The individual needs to have: Good understanding of excel/google spreadsheets (basic functionalities such as V-Look Up is a must). Good command of the English language. Work experience: 0-2 years.
