Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle real-time operations:
Jump into live issues from payout escalations to onboarding funnel breaks and drive them to resolution with speed and ownership
Run structured experiments:
Design, test, and iterate ops pilots that can scale — across onboarding, engagement, and retention
Be the x-function glue:
Coordinate with finance, CX, city ops, and product for seamless execution
Own project outcomes:
Drive end-to-end execution on short sprints as well as longer systemic improvements
Use data to unlock insights:
Pull and synthesize data from dashboards and trackers to drive decision-making
Build systems that scale:
Help create playbooks, SOPs, trackers, or central tools that bring structure to execution

Preferred candidate profile

Have 1–3 years of experience in high-tempo ops, consulting, logistics, or field execution environments
Can work with limited structure and high expectations.
Are energized by solving messy, real-world problems at scale
Think in Google Sheets and can spin up dashboards when needed
Communicate clearly — structured updates, crisp escalation, no fluff
Are hungry to learn, biased for action, and unfazed by ambiguity
Want to fast-track your learning by being close to decisions, not decks.
