Job Description

MIS (Management Information System):

Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and reports.
Compile and analyze data related to operations, productivity, and performance KPIs.
Automate routine reports and optimize data processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data reporting and analysis.
Incentive plan, Billing
Analyze dialer performance data and generate reports for management.

Dialer Operations:

Manage predictive/Progressive/Preview /manual Mode dialer systems (e.g., Currently we are using SAN Software Dialer, Genesys, Aspect, etc.).
Create, schedule, and monitor outbound calling campaigns.
Allocate leads and manage agent calling lists efficiently.
Track and report dialer performance, drop rates, and contact rates.
Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution.
