Job Title: Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration and a strong interest in healthcare operations, helping ensure smooth coordination between departments, patient services, and support teams.

Required Qualification:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) or
• BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration )
• Specialization in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating hospital operations across departments (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, etc.)
• Support patient admission, discharge, and billing processes
• Maintain accurate records of patient services, staff schedules, and inventory
• Liaise with medical, nursing, and support staff to ensure timely service delivery
• Help manage vendor relationships and procurement of medical supplies
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols
• Prepare operational reports and assist in audits and inspections
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and internal communication

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and patient service protocols
• Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,226.45 per month
