Operations Assistant

As an Operations Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day coordination across stores, inventory, and production support. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring smooth operational tasks in a hands-on environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Inventory & Materials Coordination - Overseeing incoming and outgoing stock records. - Supporting stock updates and periodic inventory checks. - Coordinating material availability for ongoing production needs. - Production Planning Support - Helping align daily material requirements with production schedules. - Ensuring smooth handover between stores and the shop floor. - Flagging any supply shortages and proactively supporting production flow. - Team Supervision - Guiding and supporting a small team in routine operational activities. - Fostering collaboration across stores, production, and admin staff. - Ensuring adherence to basic workplace safety and quality standards. - Administration & Communication - Maintaining clear and organized documentation of all stock and production activities. - Liaising with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and deliveries. - Communicating effectively across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Desired Profile: - 3-5 years of experience in operations, inventory coordination, administration, or team handling (manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory). - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Good with numbers and basic data handling (Excel/spreadsheet familiarity preferred). - Confident communicator and team player. - Interest in growing into broader operational leadership. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our location.,
