Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to support the accounting department in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Record Keeping : Accurately enter financial data, update records in accounting software, and maintain precise financial files. Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and process invoices, as well as prepare and send invoices to customers. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, track payments, and follow up on overdue invoices. Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, income statements, and cash flow statements. Administrative Tasks : Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and other administrative duties. Communication: Effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial matters. Audit Coordination : Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion. Reconciliations : Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Budgeting: Assist with budgeting tasks and prepare budget reports. Compliance : Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and company policies and procedures related to accounting.
