Qualifications for the architect role include a degree in architecture, at least 3 years of architectural experience, knowledge of building regulations, proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with tools like SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite. A LEED AP certification is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund.
