Operations Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

1. Project & Site Coordination

• Oversee end-to-end operations of real estate projects – from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with site teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control standards.

2. Process Management

• Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Drive efficiency in project delivery and operational workflows.
• Maintain project trackers and operational dashboards for regular reporting.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and quality expectations are met.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory guidelines related to real estate operations.
• Maintain documentation related to projects, contracts, permits, and compliance reports.

5. Customer Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales & CRM teams to support customer handovers and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure smooth possession process and coordinate for snag checks, documentation, etc.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between project, finance, legal, and sales teams for seamless operational execution.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

7. Reporting & MIS

• Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Flag delays, risks, or issues proactively and suggest remedial actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
