Operations Assistant

As a Project Coordinator in the real estate industry, your role involves overseeing end-to-end operations of projects, from planning to execution. You will be responsible for coordinating with site teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely progress. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality control standards will be crucial for successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and improving operational systems, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency in project delivery and operational workflows. - Maintaining project trackers and operational dashboards for regular reporting on project status and key metrics. - Identifying, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors, service providers, and subcontractors to ensure service level agreements and quality expectations are met. - Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines such as RERA and maintaining documentation related to projects, contracts, permits, and compliance reports. - Collaborating with Sales & CRM teams to support customer handovers and resolve operational issues, ensuring a smooth possession process for customers. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between project, finance, legal, and sales teams for seamless operational execution. Supporting leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and preparing regular status reports, dashboards, and operational metrics will be part of your responsibilities. Proactively flagging delays, risks, or issues and suggesting remedial actions will also be essential in your role.
