Payrup is a rapidly growing fintech platform offering B2B financial solutions including Micro ATM, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, prepaid instruments, API-based services, and digital payment infrastructure. We are expanding our compliance and regulatory framework in line with industry standards to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance for fintech services such as Micro ATM, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, PPI, and other payment services.
• Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, FIU guidelines, FEMA, AML/KYC norms, and data protection regulations.
• Liaise with banking partners, regulatory bodies, and auditors for license approvals, audits, and reporting.
• Monitor and implement risk mitigation frameworks, internal controls, and compliance SOPs.
• Manage operational processes for transaction monitoring, dispute resolution, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Draft and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and regulatory submissions (TPAP, PA, BBPS, PPI licenses, etc.).
• Drive operational excellence across B2B partner onboarding, API-based integrations, and merchant compliance.
• Conduct internal training on compliance, regulatory changes, and operational guidelines.

🔹 Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience

  in

  fintech compliance & operations

  (Micro ATM, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Wallets, API banking, etc.).
• Proven experience in handling

  B2B fintech business models

  and partner network compliance.
• Strong understanding of

  RBI/NPCI guidelines

  , FIU reporting, KYC/AML frameworks.
• Prior experience in managing

  operations, regulatory audits, and stakeholder communication

  .
• Experience in digital payments ecosystem and financial product lifecycle management.
