Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, providing financial insights, performing accounting tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and communicating results to stakeholders. Daily tasks will include data analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business metrics and processes Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members Experience in Finance and Accounting for generating financial reports and managing budgets Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively Proficiency in software and tools - Quickbooks, bill.com, Excel, ERP Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Show more Show less
