At Nat Habit, we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use. The founding team has a strong startup experience and is well funded and backed by top angel investors and tier 1 institutional investors. Operations Analyst Analyze and improve the processes within Manufacturing, Order Delivery, Procurement and Packaging functions. Responsibilities Analyze operations of various functions and create daily, weekly and monthly reporting Identify key process gaps and devise solutions to improve the KRA's Analyze the machinery required in various departments. Work with vendors to build solutions and get it implemented Able to plan daily/weekly/monthly schedules of workforce and devise monitoring and quality metrics Create weekly/monthly resource needs, create financial estimates and evaluate adherence to it Design new physical products for launch Qualifications & Skills Bachelors of Engineering from a good institute 2+ yrs of experience Very strong analytical skills Teamwork Oriented Thorough and Organized Work Location: Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon www.nathabit.in Show more Show less
