Roles and Responsibility Verify documents for accuracy and completeness. Perform quality checks on verified documents. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of document verification processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred.
