Job Description

The Operational Workflow Analyst is responsible for analysing, designing, and optimising service delivery workflows to support scalable, efficient operations. The role focuses on reviewing existing systems and processes, identifying inefficiencies, and working cross-functionally to improve how services are delivered across the business. By mapping real-world operational requirements to system capabilities, the analyst helps ensure processes are lean, logical, and aligned to service excellence goals.
  • Analyse end-to-end operational workflows across service areas to identify improvement opportunities
  • Map existing and future state processes, integrating system use with real-world operational practices
  • Collaborate with frontline teams, IT, Product, and Mobilisation to validate workflow design
  • Gather and document requirements for workflow optimisation and system configuration
  • Use data insights and feedback to recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
  • Support operational readiness and change impact assessments for new contracts or major service changes
  • Document process changes clearly, supporting governance and internal communication
  • Provide input into standard operating procedures and user training materials
  • Track adoption and performance of new workflows and iterate based on feedback
Essential Knowledge & Expertise
  • Knowledge of workflow mapping, service design, or operations optimisation
  • Familiarity with BPMN or other process modelling notations/tools
  • Understanding of operational service delivery principles and system-user integration
  • Knowledge of change management and service readiness

Experience Requirements

  • Experience working with operations and product/IT teams
