Job Description

AMINA Bank is looking for Operational Risk Control Associate to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective operational risk control strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
