Job Description

In coordination w/ Operational Insights/Prioritization Lead, support the translation of business requirements into actionable data solutions, including user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and adhoc reports/insights requests ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with Novartis business objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, including dashboard visualization developments, enhancements and reporting automation
Deliver timely monthly reports (manual or automated via Power BI) for internal key stakeholder groups
Execute ad-hoc data requests based on stakeholder needs, using tactical planning platform data inputs, contributing actionable insights to inform decision-making
Coordinate and help facilitate onboarding for users of the tactical planning platform to Power BI Dashboards, reports, etc., ensuring smooth adoption and system utilization.
Manage dashboard & visualization(s) permissions-based user access for active users within tactical planning platform
Maintain data integrity across all active/established Power BI dashboards & reports

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5-7+ years experience supporting data & insights
Proven experience working with data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI, Qlik Sense, and similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions
Experience in designing data solutions and dashboards aligned to strategic objectives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data-related challenges.
Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly experience w/ Technology & Product teams
Knowledge of pharma marketing creative & strategic deliverables, and SOW/scoping process considered a strong plus
