Company Overview:

Loop is building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of restaurant’s revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding:Guide new customers through Loop’s setup and configuration process.Assist customers necessary integrations and workflow configuration.Provide hands-on support during customers' time user experience readiness.Create and maintain operational run books, checklists, guides, and training materials.Own new customer’s platform experience
  • Platform Workflow Operations: Monitor necessary workflows, identify and resolve workflow failures, exceptions, and processing bottlenecks and manually intervene where needed. Review and validate workflow outputs to ensure quality and completeness. Escalate and route complex issues to necessary teams when necessary.Support platform optimization by identifying recurring workflow problems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Customer Success, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, platform implementation, or SaaS operations
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting training sessions and explaining technical concepts
  • Detail-oriented approach to monitoring automated processes and identifying issues
  • Comfortable learning and working with software platforms and workflow automation tools
  • Experience managing customer relationships and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Previous experience in product operations functions of SaaS companies (preferred)
  • Prior experience in workflow automation, process management, or operations roles (strongly preferred)

Work Environment & Conditions

  • Willingness to work different shifts across the day
  • Holidays may not align necessarily with the India calendar since this is a critical role facing US customers
