Job Description

Supervise and oversee the team and workflow functions.
Perform regular business activities, including oversight of performance, KPIs, risk mitigation, and SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reporting platforms are up and running without impacting daily BAUs or ad-hoc tasks.
Optimize team strength and cross-train team members.
Implement process improvement ideas by eliminating non-value-added processes.
Engage with functional leads on global client reporting and strategic initiatives.
Provide structured reporting services, working with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery levels across all processes within GRPM.
Work towards timely and effective resolution of all client queries within agreed SLAs.
Foster synergies between Tech & Ops for possible automation.
Motivate and engage the team, especially during WFH (Virtual connects), providing constructive and ongoing feedback to direct reports and team members to achieve common goals.
Engage with function-wide and DWS India-wide initiatives, representing/leading events and collaborating effectively with onshore colleagues and key stakeholders on current and upcoming topics in the team.
Encourage a culture of One Global Team and partner with sub-function colleagues to improve existing processes within RPM India Ops.
Work on strategic projects and other topics alongside the respective functional leads in GRPM.
Ensure compliance and control, fostering a positive growth mindset and open attitude for self and team.
Create a professional atmosphere and working culture that fosters team spirit, ensuring no policy violations and no red flags.
Lead and represent the function in different forums, engaging with colleagues in Frankfurt and other relevant stakeholders.
