Job Description

Serve as the primary contact for DWS APAC portfolio managers, traders, operations, and compliance users for all Aladdin-related inquiries.
Coordinate daily issue-solving in order management, trading workflows, compliance rules modules, and collaborate with BRS and DWS global Aladdin SMEs.
Support portfolio onboarding and guide setup needed for all Aladdin configurations.
Liaise with local BRS Aladdin representatives to track enhancements and ensure service level agreements.
Support interfaces between Aladdin and local fund accounting systems, working with team members in charge of local fund accounting applications.
Partner with DWS Aladdin SMEs from other regions regarding global Aladdin platform topics.
