Job Description

Job Title: Operational Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: ₹15,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)

Operational Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operational activities across departments
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and feedback when necessary
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
Assist in planning and implementing new operational strategies
Handle client communications and resolve any operational issues promptly
Prepare reports and present operational data to senior management
Maintain resource and inventory control
Ensure workplace discipline and professional conduct
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions

Skills :

Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication in
Hindi, English, and Odia
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
Time management and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively
