Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation abilities, expertise in requisition processes, and hands-on experience with material tracking and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operational processes.
• Handle requisitions efficiently and ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate and follow up on GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes.
• Track materials, monitor inventory status, and ensure timely availability.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments.
• Negotiate rates, timelines, and terms with suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare reports and support management in decision-making.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of requisition, GRN, materials tracking, and follow-up.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
