Operation Manager

As an actively engaged Operations Manager at DesignBoxed, your role will involve ensuring the timely delivery of actionable tasks while upholding accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards. You will collaborate with the entire team to meet operational delivery expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee the execution of operations, providing support to drive coordination within the field and in-house teams. - Assess the team's role in meeting requirements and establish Service Level Agreements as needed. - Generate and distribute reports to analyze gaps and offer insights on overcoming them. - Conduct daily meetings and follow-ups with the on-field team to assess daily coverage and campaign success. - Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring the team for enhanced operational efficiency. - Ensure effective communication flow between teams and drive process improvements. - Implement best practices and motivate teams to adhere to them. - Supervise a team of 8-10 team leads and provide guidance to team members when necessary. **Qualification Required:** - Postgraduate degree in any field. - Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Delivery Operations Lead or in a similar role overseeing campaign operations. In addition to the above qualifications, it is essential that you are experienced in managing cross-functional teams, possess strong attention to detail for effective campaign management, exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada, demonstrate problem-solving abilities with a quick response to issues, and are flexible with working hours.
