Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, team performance is monitored, and administrative functions run smoothly. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure seamless workflow across departments.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, goals, and development needs.

• Handle administrative functions including resource planning, documentation, compliance, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or team management roles.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and reporting tools.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Reports to senior leadership/management.
• Works closely with HR, admin, and department heads to align operational goals

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
