Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including patient registration, consultations, waiting times, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Staff Management: Supervise, motivate, and manage the performance of staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and team performance.
• Patient Experience: Monitor and improve patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high customer service standards.
• Financial Management: Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to ensure the hospital's financial health.
• Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Process Improvement: Monitor operational processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness, manage housekeeping, and ensure the availability of essential support services.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
