Job Description

This role involves counseling patients on different lens types, frame styles, and fitting techniques, as well as performing necessary measurements and adjustments. Providing expert guidance: Explaining the different types of lenses, frames, and coatings available, and helping patients choose what best suits their vision needs and lifestyle. Assessing individual needs: Understanding a patient's vision requirements, lifestyle, and preferences to recommend appropriate solutions. Explaining fitting and adjustment procedures: Ensuring patients understand how their eyewear is being fitted and adjusted to achieve optimal comfort and vision. Addressing patient concerns: Answering questions, providing advice, and helping patients feel confident in their eyewear choices.
