Hiring: Operations & Sales Manager – Premium Bakery (Kolkata) 📍 Alipore | ₹30,000–₹40,000/month | 6 days/week | Full-time What is Bonntonn Gourmet? A top-rated premium bakery in Kolkata, delivering gourmet cakes, desserts, and snacks via Swiggy, Zomato, and corporate gifting. Our monthly sales are growing from ₹5L to ₹20L+ and we are opening new dark stores. What You’ll Do: ✅ Manage our 4 units – central kitchen, studio, godown, and dark store ✅ Give daily tasks to your team (chefs, packers, delivery) based on orders and expected growth ✅ Track staff performance using KPIs (quantity made, wastage, quality, speed) ✅ Take action — reward good performers, train underperformers, or apply penalties ✅ Use Excel, Google Sheets, and basic dashboards ✅ Handle packaging, inventory, and dispatch management ✅ Push Swiggy/Zomato sales and update daily order reports to the founder Who Can Apply: ✅ 4+ years of food or kitchen management experience ✅ Able to manage 10–15 team members ✅ Knows basic computer and team reporting ✅ Must be punctual, organized, and ready to lead Shifts (based on company needs): 🕘 9 AM–7 PM or 11:30 AM–9:30 PM (10 hours including breaks) 📲 Call or WhatsApp your resume to 6291422310 or email id bonntonn.kolkata@gmail.com
