Operation Executive

Puneet Physics is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of the institute. This role ensures smooth academic and administrative operations — including student management, faculty coordination, attendance monitoring, class scheduling, and test execution. The ideal candidate should be efficient, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced coaching environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily class schedules, faculty timings, and batch movements Manage student attendance, batch-wise records, and communication Oversee smooth execution of lectures, tests, doubt sessions, and academic events Supervise support staff to maintain discipline, cleanliness, and workflow Update and manage institute portal/app (attendance, test results, notices, student updates) Ensure classroom readiness — seating, equipment, materials, and administrative setup Act as a bridge between students, parents, faculty, and management for operational queries Assist in organizing open lectures, workshops, and seminars Skills Required Strong communication & interpersonal skills (student-facing role) Excellent coordination ability for managing teachers, staff, and batches Problem-solving mindset — must handle day-to-day issues with calmness Time management & multitasking Basic technical proficiency — MS Office, Google Sheets, ERP systems, institute portals Team leadership skills for managing support staff Attention to detail for attendance, scheduling, reporting, and documentation Adaptability — coaching operations can be dynamic, especially during exam season Requirements 2–4 years of operations experience (education/coaching sector preferred) Graduation required; additional operations/administration certifications preferred Prior experience with CRM/ERP or coaching management software is a plus Why Join Us Opportunity to work closely with a leading educator Stable, growth-oriented role in a fast-expanding institute Supportive team environment with strong learning exposure
