Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operation Executive to support our insurance operations team. The role involves handling policy issuance, data management, and coordination with internal teams and insurance companies to ensure smooth and timely processing of insurance documents.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Issuance:

  • Process insurance policy issuance for various products (Motor, Health, Commercial, etc.).
  • Verify proposal forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for policy approval, issuance, and endorsements.
  • Generate policy schedules and dispatch policies to customers/clients within TAT.
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and corrections as required.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated policy records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Enter, update, and validate customer and policy data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports and daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Communicate with customers, insurers, and internal teams for documentation and queries.
  • Support audit, compliance, and reconciliation activities.
  • Track policy status and follow up on pending cases.
  • Assist in claim documentation support (if required).
  • Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Insurance background preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of insurance processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in an insurance broker, agency, TPA, or insurance company is a plus.
  • Freshers with relevant training or internships may also apply.
  • Quick learner with a positive and proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
