We're looking for an energetic and organized Operations Executive to join our team and handle vehicle branding projects. If you enjoy field work, are comfortable with frequent travel, and have strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint, this role could be perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Planning, execution, and supervision of vehicle branding projects (including site visits and vendor coordination) Extensive field travel (pan-India, as per project requirements) – Travel is mandatory Coordination with clients and vendors Data management, reporting, and preparing presentations (Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required) Handling routine office operations such as documentation, inventory management, coordination, etc. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field execution (fresher with strong enthusiasm may also apply) Excellent command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) and PowerPoint Strong communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel extensively across India Valid driving license is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Location: Thane,Maharashtra Interested candidates, please share your resume at danish.khalidi@zocomediaworks.com or DM me directly.
