Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Motor Claim Executive to handle end-to-end processing of motor insurance claims, including Own Damage (OD) and Third-Party (TP) claims. Key Responsibilities: Register and manage motor insurance claims (OD/TP). Scrutinize claim documents submitted by customers or garages. Coordinate with surveyors for timely vehicle inspection. Verify policy terms, IDV, deductibles, and claim admissibility. Process cashless and reimbursement claims accurately within TAT. Follow up with garages/workshops for estimates, bills, and repairs.
