Operation Executive

You will be joining Kinematics Group, a dynamic organization involved in Global Trade of Commodities, International Joint Ventures, and processing of elastomers & composites. The company holds strategic investments in manufacturing assets across various sectors including Energy, Rubber, Additives, Metals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, and Food. As an Operation Executive based in Pune, your primary responsibilities will include demand planning, supply chain operations, and ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and analytical skills. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics. Your duties will involve supporting order processing, tracking shipments, coordinating with vendors, managing documentation for procurement, logistics, and warehousing, assisting in inventory management and stock planning, conducting data analysis and reporting, as well as collaborating with sales, procurement, and warehouse departments. Desired traits include a willingness to learn and develop in the supply chain field, being a good team player, adaptability to changing demands or systems, and knowledge of local/international trade laws if relevant to the role.,
