**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** Kinematics Group, a dynamic organization engaged in Global Trade of Commodities, International Joint Ventures, and processing of elastomers & composites, is seeking an Operation Executive for their Pune location. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in demand planning, supply chain operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the supply chain through effective communication and analytical skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support order processing, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination. - Work on documentation for procurement, logistics, and warehousing. - Assist in inventory management and stock planning. - Help with data analysis and reporting. - Coordinate with other departments such as sales, procurement, and warehouse operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics. **Additional Details:** Kinematics Group has strategic investments in manufacturing assets and production of various commodities in sectors such as Energy, Rubber, Additives, Metals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, and Food. **Desired Traits:** - Willingness to learn and grow in the supply chain domain. - Good team player. - Adaptable to changing demands or systems. - Knowledge of local/International trade laws (if relevant to the role).,
