Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve service-related queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution.
  • Follow up with internal teams for fast resolution.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and processes.
  • Maintain a courteous, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
