This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer - Composite Technologies, based in Pune. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading development (R&D) and production initiatives for advanced products providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting analytical assessments. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative composite solutions and improve existing processes. The Senior Engineer will also be responsible for communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• At least 5-7 years of cross-department experience in the field of Composites.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough assessments
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support
• Experience in research and development (R&D) / Production within related industries
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in composite technologies is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Composite / Mechanical Engineering.
