Job Description: Operations Person - Goodwill India Trans & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Goodwill India Trans & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Person to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our day-to-day transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities  * Logistics Coordination: Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.  * Customer and Vendor Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and operations.  * Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall service quality.  * Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for management.  * Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety, health, and transportation regulations.  * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and ensure seamless operations across the company. Qualifications and Skills  * Experience: Proven experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain role.  * Logistics Knowledge: A strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.  * Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  * Technical Skills: Proficiency with logistics software and systems is a plus.  * Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized.
