About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day logistics activities, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely execution of orders, and maintaining strong relationships with transport partners, vendors, and customers. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics operations. Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth movement of goods. Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries for on-time completion. Ensure proper documentation (LRs, invoices, e-way bills, PODs, etc.). Handle customer queries related to delivery timelines, delays, or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of fleet, fuel, and operational expenses. Optimize routes, loads, and costs to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations. Generate MIS reports on logistics performance and highlight key issues.
