Job Responsibilities:

• Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operation Coordinator who can oversee and support the smooth functioning of all departments. The role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring effective communication between teams, monitoring workflow, and assisting management in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities across all departments (Administration, Sales, Procurement, Operations, etc.).
• Act as a central point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and improving operational processes and policies.
• Track and report departmental performance metrics to management.
• Support department heads in scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operation Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
