Operation Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating between different departments internally and externally to deliver services to clients on time with quality. Additionally, you will manage the field operations team stationed in various states and departments, ensuring operations are conducted as per standard operating procedures. Planning day-to-day activities to meet deadlines and submitting daily reports will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between different departments of the organization - Manage the field operations team in various states and departments - Follow operations functions as per SOPs - Visit and coordinate operations of the company and other organizations - Plan day-to-day activities to complete assignments on time - Prepare and submit daily shift activity reports - Submit daily progress reports on assigned tasks Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience in operations with excellent communication skills - Graduate, preferably in BE/B-Tech, Science/Mathematics, or Masters in operations - Good problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Presentable, self-motivated, and confident - Good geographical knowledge of India for effective assignment management - Must have an Android/iPhone and two-wheeler, and be willing to relocate to Gurugram (Additional details about the company are not present in the job description),
